About Newquay
Best in the West!
Visitnewquay.org has been voted the best website in the South West for 2009 by the prestigious Media Innovation Awards. The Media Innovation Awards recognizes excellence in online design in a number of categories, one of which being Best Corporate Website and are viewed within the design communjty as being one of the key awards for the sector.
The awards received 150 entries and the design of visitnewquay.org was singled out as being highly creative in its design, very easy to use with rich and deep content.
The award was received by Gendall Design who worked closely with Tourism Newquay to produce the exciting, vibrant, official tourism website for Newquay. The panel of judges came from various high profile design companies, ITV.com and South West Screen.
