Watergate Bay Beach

Two miles of expansive golden sand and azure sea make this a fantastic beach for surfers and activity lovers of all ages and abilities. Watergate Bay hosts demonstrations, events and festivals in a variety of sand, sea and air sports.

Drive from Newquay Town Centre: 15 mins
Parking: at beach car park or nearby grassed areas
Walking from Newquay Town Centre: described as a strenuous walk, allow at least 45 mins
Food and drink: Lots of eateries available. Toilets also on site.
Lifeguard: 10am-6pm mid May-end September
