Located in the centre of Newquay on Marcus Hill, the welcoming, knowledgable and professional staff help you make the most of your Newquay holiday experience. If its information on where to stay, what to see and what to do then make sure you call in when you are in town.
Services Available
1. Accommodation Booking Service; We endeavour to find accommodation from accredited properties in and around Newquay. From clifftop hotels, guest houses and superb self-catering apartments and cottages, to well appointed camping & caravan parks we have it all. (small fee applies)
2. Surf Lesson Booking Service and Ticket Sales; You can book surfing lessons and buy tickets for local events, the Eden Project, local shows or collect discount vouchers for Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo, Paradise Park, Flambards and Cornwall's Crealy Adventure Park. The Tourist Information Centre has self service information on attractions, activities, events, public transport in Newquay and throughout Cornwall.
3. Books, Maps and Touring Guides; We stock a large selection including Ordnance Survey Maps, local walking and cycling trail guide books and the South West Coast Path Touring Guides. Why not purchase postcards and stamps to tell the folks back home about your Newquay experience.
4. Discover Newquay Map; Collect your FREE copy of the town trails map and discover the location and description of the 14 circular slate discs placed around Newquay. The map details two trails around the Town full of facts and information to amuse and enthuse about. Want to know about the Headland Hotel Riots? Just look at disc number 6 next to the Hotel.
5. Left Luggage Service; Need a secure place to leave your luggage whilst waiting to start your journey home? Look no further. For £3.00 per item for the first hour and then £1.00 per item per hour after that, you can leave your luggage at Newquay Tourist Information Centre, safe in the knowledge it will be there for you to collect before your onward journey.
6. Gift Ideas; Purchase a special gift for a loved one? We stock a wide selection of gift ideas including leather bookmarks, baseball caps, fridge magnets of various designs, cornish playing cards, stickers and much, much more.
7. Photo-copying and Fax Service; Need to fax or photo-copy documents? We can do both. Just ask one of our friendly staff for assistance. Unfortunately we can only fax to UK telephone numbers. Prices vary for the service required.
8. Internet Cafe; We have full public internet access available thorughout the day. Costing 50 pence for the first ten minutes and then 6 pence per minute afterwards. Printing is also available at 18 pence per copy.
9. Newquay First Loyalty Card; Collect your FREE loyalty card from our offices. This amazing card gives you access to lots of discounts for local businesses.
