Through trains on the Paddington to Penzance mainline run to Par, junction for the Newquay line, from London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and many other towns and cities seven days a week, all year round. From there it is an easy trip on the Atlantic Coast Line direct to Newquay where the railway station is located in the heart of the town.
Every summer from the end of May to the end of September, Newquay has direct trains from London, Bristol, Birmingham, Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland. There is a daily London service from Newquay during July and August.
Once in Newquay the train is a great way to explore the rest of Cornwall and other spectacular railway branch lines. Train and bus connections put other areas and attractions in Cornwall within easy reach.
