The Pink Pub has had a Facelift!

If you’ve visited The Bowgie recently, you’ll know that we’ve been undertaking a big refurb! 

As an iconic pub on West Pentire headland, many people love coming to see us, so we wanted to make the surroundings as good as they could be.

So… we’ve been super busy giving The Bowgie an update but we promise you’ll love it just as much – or even more!

Our main mission was to maximise our incredible location, so we’ve opened up the space to make the views over Crantock beach EVEN better (yes, it is possible!), allow better accessibility, modernise the surroundings but all whilst keeping the quirks and character which make The Bowgie so unique.

We’ve been inspired by the colours of Cornwall and our incredible location overlooking the sea. 

Using neutral tones and natural materials across the exterior, we’re grounded perfectly in our surroundings as the ultimate Cornish coastal pub. From rich blues to aqua and navy, it’s all about highlighting our surfing beach location – creating spaces that work both on a hot summer day and a cold stormy night!

Perhaps our favourite thing about our new surroundings is the statement bar which, in our opinion, steals the show at The Bowgie! 

A 360-degree bar with incredible beach views wherever you sit, we guarantee it’s going to be your new favourite hangout!

We have really appreciated your patience over the last six months, and we can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been up to!
