Please note: The maximum weight for these wheelchairs is 15stone / 210lb / 95kg.
As an alternative, Mobility Hire Cornwall (details below) offer a wider range of wheelchair sizes and weights they are rated to. 

We charge £10.00 per day, or £40 per week with a £50.00 cash-only deposit returned upon the return of the Wheelchair. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis but can be pre-booked. Please call 01637 838516 or email: newquay.tic@newquay.gov.uk

Wheelchairs can be collected and returned at the Visit Newquay Tourist Information Centre during normal opening hours. Please note we have now moved around the corner to Newquay Library.

Opening times are Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed Sundays, Bank Holidays and occassional other days.. Please check opening before collection. Thank you.

We do not hire Mobility Scooters, Powered Wheelchairs or any other equipment. For more wheelchairs and a fuller range of equipment, there is Independent Living Newquay. However, they do not hire larger wheelchairs, or child sized wheelchairs.
