Would you like to improve your posture? Rid yourself of back and neck pain? The Alexander Technique can help you to help yourself.
Come to an Alexander Technique workshop on Thursday February 14th at Lostwithiel Communityy Centre. Restore your balance and alignment, lose your excess tension and experience ease of movement. Workshops cost £5 and start at 6.30pm and 8.00pm. Individual trial sessions can be booked. Places limited to 8 people per workshop, advance booking essential.
