About
Saturday 2nd November 2024 - 2pm
Beware. He is unearthed. He is coming. Keep your windows locked and gather the garlic!
The team that brought you The Odyssey, Canterbury Tales and A Christmas Carol now revive their version of Bram Stoker’s classic tale of the vampire. Devised and written in their inimitable, irreverent style, Rabbit Theatre bring you a better and bloodier one-man performance- Dracula: the Vampyr!
Starring Kneehigh Theatre veteran, David Mynne, expect bats and more bats; garlic and gore; lunatics and lady vampires! They're all here in this adaptation of the most famous of all gothic horrors...
Be warned: this monstrous, disturbing and completely batty tale of dark deeds (and the undead) will thrill and seduce you… deliciously dark! Horribly hair-raising! Spectacularly silly!
Suitable for 12+
Loosely based on the novel by Bram Stoker and adapted by Andrew McPherson.
Script by Simon Harvey and David Mynne.
Directed by Simon Harvey.
