Mawgan Porth is Raising Money for ShelterBox!

A number of charity events are being held in Mawgan Porth on Sunday 9th September to raise money for ShelterBox which provides emergency shelter and tools for families around the world who have been affected by natural disaster or conflict, as well as pay for lifeguard cover on the beach during October half-term. 

A fundraising breakfast and brunch between 9am and 12:30pm will be at the Mawgan Porth Village Hall.

Then later on the beach there will be a range of activities, including the Great Swellboard Showdown which will feature teams in fancy dress competing in a fun competition. 

 

Teams of any size are welcome

Under 16s heats - 1.00pm - 2.00pm

Adult heats - 2.00pm - 4.00pm

Fancy dress is mandatory
