Fistral Beach Hotel & Spa launches new gym membership following fitness suite upgrade

New flexible membership gives local residents access to upgraded gym facilities from £40 per month

Newquay, Aug 2026 - Fistral Beach Hotel & Spa has introduced a new Gym Membership, giving local residents access to its newly upgraded fitness suite without the need to join the spa.

Available from £40 per month, the membership provides unlimited access to the hotel's fitness suite, which has recently been enhanced with new Pulse cardiovascular and resistance equipment, alongside Peloton bikes and personal training facilities.

The launch complements the hotel's existing Spa & Gym Membership, priced from £65 per month (off-peak) and £80 per month (peak), offering unlimited access to the gym, spa facilities, vitality suite and swimming pool, together with a programme of complimentary fitness and wellness classes.

Designed to suit all abilities, the timetable includes HIIT, yoga, Pilates, spin, kettlebell conditioning, boxing techniques and conditioning, breathwork and meditation, core training and the popular Run Club. Led by experienced instructors, the classes are included for Spa & Gym members and are also free for guests staying at the hotel.

The introduction of the new Gym-only Membership reflects growing demand for more flexible fitness options, giving members the choice between dedicated gym access or a more comprehensive wellbeing package that combines fitness, relaxation and instructor-led classes in one membership.

Both memberships include a range of additional benefits, including discounts on accommodation, spa treatments, spa retail and food and drink at the hotel.

Membership options include:

• Gym Membership – £40 per month with unlimited gym access and exclusive hotel discounts.
• Spa & Gym Membership – £65 per month (off-peak) or £80 per month (peak), including unlimited gym and spa access, complimentary fitness classes, vitality suite access and a range of exclusive member benefits.
