Porth Sands Apartment is a luxury Four Star Gold Rated Apartment located just a few metres from Porth Beach providing uninterrupted beach and ocean views and is finished to an exceptional standard.

Offering a superior standard throughout the apartment has real oak floors to the lounge, kitchen and hall with under floor heating throughout. Two bedrooms are carpeted and have fitted wardrobes and windows looking over the rear garden area. The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom contains two single beds.

Both bathrooms are fully tiled and have heated towel rails. The main bathroom has a full size bath with power shower, toilet, basin and shaver point. The en-suite bathroom has an electric shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen, lounge and dining area are open plan and arranged around the full length glass doors which offer uninterrupted panoramic views over Porth Beach. These doors fold fully open, leaving no step, to open the lounge area onto the balcony and extend the living area outside. The balcony has glazed panels and a steel handrail making it completely enclosed for safety.

A fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops is provided with a full range of appliances consisting of washer/dryer, electric oven/grill with gas hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The lounge area has a large, ‘L’ shape sofa which also contains a bed offering an additional, occasional, sleeping area. A 32” flatscreen TV with Freeview and Blu-Ray DVD player are also provided within the lounge area.

Outside, there is a secure, lockable, surf store for beach items and wetsuits, etc. together with an outdoor shower area and washing lines located in the rear garden area.

An allocated, off road parking space is provided for the apartment. A video entry system is installed together with a lift to all floors allowing full access for persons with reduced mobility. There are no steps to access the apartment complex and it is also possible to get easily onto the beach without negotiating any steps, just two small, tarmac slopes.

All bed linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels) and utilities are included within the rental. Lets are normally Saturday to Saturday but shorts breaks are available subject to availability and time of year. Please call or email for details.

Porth is a very beautiful, family orientated beach located just outside of Newquay and some fifteen minutes drive from Newquay Cornwall Airport. The beach at Porth is one of the few in the Newquay area that can just be walked onto, without the need for a steep climb or the use of steps. A lifeguard is in attendance throughout the summer season.

The famous Watergate Bay, with the Extreme Surf Academy and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Restaurant, is easily accessible via a cliff path, with breathtaking views (approx. 30 minutes walk) or a ten minute drive or even a short bus ride. Heading in the other direction, Newquay can be reached with a 20 minute walk along the coast path or a short five minute drive.

Porth is located roughly in the centre of the famous beaches surrounding Newquay. The world renowned surfing beach of Fistral is located a 10 minute drive away where beach side car parking is available. Porth also provides an excellent base for exploring North Cornwall, including Padstow, Rock and the Eden Project on the South Coast.
