Be the first to embark on the brand-new Pirate’s Quest adventure when it premieres during February Half Term (Saturday 15th – Sunday 23rd February). The fresh storyline for 2020 will take inspiration from the Mayflower voyage, currently commemorating its 400th anniversary year.

Newquay’s piratical walk-through attraction will take new recruits on an adventure discovering ‘Pirates of the New World’. Calico Jack’s crew of live pirate performers will guide wannabe Jack Sparrow’s through the authentic sets and scenes of Pirate’s Quest and introduce visitors to the life of real Eighteenth Century buccaneers of the New World.

Pirate’s Quest Manager, Mark Reid, said, ‘With it being the 400th anniversary of one of history’s most important vessels, we thought it only right to celebrate. As usual, visitors can expect a fascinating journey through pirating history that will entertain both budding buccaneers and scurvy old sea dogs alike.

‘February’s Special Previews allow new recruits the first chance to get a glimpse of the new storyline,’ he added.

Throughout the attraction, the experience has been enhanced with updated costumes, special effects, lighting and sound in addition to the new storyline for 2020.
